Three runners begin to push their buggies up Tech Street at the bottom of the hill by Margaret morrison Carnegie College. A crowd of spectators watch from the sidewalk along Tech Street. Parts of the College of Fine Arts, Doherty Hall, and Skibo Hall can be seen in the distance.
