Description

A runner pushes a buggy uphill on Tech Street, past Carnegie-Mellon University's Graduate School of Industrial Administration during the buggy race. A large group of spectators stand on the sidewalk and along a retaining wall, watching the race. An AVIS truck rental and the GSIA building can be seen in the background.
