Description

A college student runner is pushing a Delta Phi Delta buggy down the street during Carnegie Institute of Technology's buggy race. Written on the back of the photograph: "'Spring Carnival' at 'Carnegie Tech' ΔΦΔ (Delta Phi Delta) had an entry (seen in the picture Emil Affeltranger, pushing in the entry, nearing end of race, we didn't win) seen on left side of picture, building is the Arts building where I spent most of my time while attending C.I.T. The low building is Langley Lab, our cafeteria."
