Description

A buggy entry from Alpha Tau Omega fraternity (ATO) is pushed up Frew Street to the finish line during a preliminary heat of Spring Carnival's "Sweepstakes" buggy races. Carnegie Institute of Technology's Hunt Library and Graduate School of Industrial Administration can be seen on the right side.
