TriDelt's "Wind Tunnel Tested" buggy

Description

Members of the Delta Delta Delta women's fraternity race their buggy entry, a decorated wheelbarrow with a sign that reads "Tri Delt 'Wind Tunnel Tested' Approved," up Tech Street past the Graduate School of Industrial Administration for a comical special exhibition heat of the Spring Carnival buggy races.
