Exhibition buggy race

Description

During a comical special exhibition heat of the Spring Carnival buggy races, Sigma Nu fraternity's "Sailboat" buggy, Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority's borrowed buggy from Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, and Delta Delta Delta's decorated wheelbarrow are pushed up Tech Street from the bottom of the hill in front of Margaret Morrison Carnegie College where the starting line is.
