Fire engine in the Torchlite Parade

Description

An antique fire engine from the New Kensington fire department is driven by Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity in the Torchlite Parade. The Scotty dog mascot and members of the fraternity ride along on the fire engine's back. The Torchlite Parade was the beginning of Fall Festival on the campus of the Carnegie Institute of Technology.
