The Faculty Bulletin served as Carnegie Mellon’s faculty newsletter from 1916-1971. Published weekly during the academic year, the Bulletin contains an events calendar, personal announcements, and general campus news. It also includes academic accomplishments, such as appointments, publication listings, and information regarding awards and honors. In addition to general campus news, the Bulletin contains valuable information regarding campus policies and benefits.
The Faculty Bulletin Collection is mostly complete, but some issues are missing. The Bulletin was later replaced by the Focus: Faculty and Staff Newspaper, a longer form faculty newspaper.
